  Founder and CEO, BlackRock, Inc., 1988–present. Author of the annual letter. Estimated harm: $4–6 trillion.

  Ellison, Lawrence Joseph

  Co-founder, Oracle Corporation. Principal beneficiary of the AI capital-allocation event. Estimated harm: $400 billion to $1.1 trillion.
